About the founder
I am Dr. Janifer Tropez, MD General Obstetrics and Gynecology and Assistant Clinical Professor at Tulane University School of Medicine. My OBGYN practice is rooted in a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and respect for all patients. I hold these same values and principles true for physicians. As a doctor and educator, it is my belief that all physicians should be knowledgeable in moving through the stages of negotiating an acceptable packaged agreement for employment. As the founder and lead consultant for Tropez Physician Advocate, I am an advocate and advisor to new graduates and mid-career physicians in negotiating and re-negotiating contracts reconciling work value with compensation.
